LONELY SUGAR LIFE

I once read from an SB’s blog that sugar life can be lonely. I didn’t really get the concept till yesterday while chatting with my girlfriend. She is the only person I informed after deciding to become an SB so I have always updated her on my progress.

Yesterday I was pouring out my frustrations concerning Mr. Computers and other potential SDs contacting me. I expected her to be more sympathetic about my situation which did not happen, making me feel worse than I already did. Anyway today I realized she wouldn’t understand my point of view since she hasn’t experienced the sugar world. I mean, I didn’t understand how the sugar world could be lonely, considering you get to meet all these different kind of men. Till you get into the bowl, one will never understand.

MR. ROMANTIC

This one did not start well. He kept me waiting for so long. I should have left the minute I considered doing so but he talked me into waiting for him because he was stuck in traffic. We finally met 75min after the scheduled time.
We did coffee and got to know each other. He has not been in a sugar relationship and he did not seem to know exactly what is expected of him although he asked what I’m looking for in a mature man.
Long story short, I hated that he kept me waiting as much as I enjoyed his company. He is looking for an emotional connection, and doesn’t seem to want to commit to footing bills. He talked of getting out of town for a night or two; I would like that but what’s the point of having a sugar dad who will take me on a vacation with him and not pay my rent? I don’t want to relax for a day then come back to find my problems unsolved.
He’s out.

Slow Beginnings

I have been setting up accounts on various sugar dating sites, but nothing concrete so far. Most of the men i have been chatting with sound kinda shady, some have really shady photos.I also don’t understand how a 20sth year old man is signing up as a sugar daddy! Really?? Unless you are a special case but those I have seen do not pass as a special case, at all.

Seems the big names in the online sugar dating industry don’t have a base as such in Kenya. That’s sad. The trend here is creating a page, or a blog then charging people for hookups, otherwise you send your photo to be displayed and wait for that call. I wonder if you get charged for that.. Honestly, I don’t trust these sort of arrangement. I’ve tried one and it is not looking good. The lady doesn’t pick calls, I have no idea why, so it’s constantly back and forth messaging. AAAaargh!

Anyway, I am not losing hope. The search is still on.
